Receive files

Receiving files on Daatafi is simple: the sender shares a secure transfer link with you by email. You open the link, preview the files, and download what you need before expiry.

How it works

  1. You get an email with a transfer link to the download page.
  2. Open the link to view transfer details, file names, and expiry status.
  3. If password protection is enabled, enter the transfer password.
  4. Preview supported files directly in the browser.
  5. Click download to securely fetch files from cloud storage.

Important notes

  • Expired transfers cannot be downloaded unless recovered by an eligible sender plan.
  • Some transfers may be scanned before download for security handling.
  • No account is required to receive files unless the sender restricts access.
